Almost Eight Years

Eight years since you vanished without a trace; no answers, no help, it's such a disgrace; the way people turn their heads away; in denial they go on their merry way; "No," is the answer they routinely give; while the victims are told, "forget, forgive;" Forgive what? These crimes that we're told are not real?" Without the truth, no one can heal; they put truth in a grave eight years ago; but Jesus said, "they shall reap what they sow."
